Penrith City Council owns properties and buildings throughout the Penrith Local Government Area (LGA). Those that are licensed and leased to commercial businesses and community organisations are managed by the Property Investment. This team oversees property maintenance and repairs, provides support to our commercial tenants, manages key handling, and the resolution of new lease and licence agreements. 

The Property Investment are also responsible for ensuring all properties are safe and compliant. This includes coordination of asbestos management plans, evacuation plans, warden training and annual fire safety statements for applicable buildings.

How do I apply?

Any properties that are available for lease will be publicly advertised by a Real Estate Agent or via an Expression of Interest process advertised on Council's website. The public may apply by contacting the Real Estate Agency through their website or contact details. Alternatively, you may email our Property Investment on to be directed to the Property Manager, or submit a request via the Customer Self-Service Portal.
