Animal Services

Puppy and kitten together on the grass

Council’s Animal Services team plays a vital role in keeping our City safe and promoting responsible pet ownership. All cats and dogs must be microchipped and registered, under the Companion Animals Act 1998, and this also helps them be returned home to you if they get lost.
