Penrith City Council is a proud partner of the 2023 Australian Liveability Census. Help us understand local values and how neighbourhoods are performing in Penrith City.
The 2023 Australian Liveability Census provides a unique opportunity for the Penrith community to have their say on the issues that matter most in our local neighbourhoods. Whether it's more shops, parking, access to green spaces, or improving public safety, the voices of Penrith’s residents will help guide decision making and contribute to national research regarding liveability.
Facilitated by independent research company Place Score with support from over 80 local and state government agencies, as well as community groups, education and private organisations, this nation-wide research project will help Council understand liveabiity from the local community's perspective - and see how Penrith is fairing compared to the rest of the country. We all believe that everyone deserves to live in a community that reflects their values and needs. That is why it's important for us to encourage Penrith residents to have their say.
The 2023 Australian Liveability Census is open until June 30 and all participants will have the chance to win on of 50 x $100 vouchers!
In 2021 over 32,000 responses were collected from people across the country. This year the target is 50,000, so please join in and share with your family, friends and colleagues. In just 15 minutes you can have positive impact on National, State and local planning and investment strategies.
