Council is considering plans for an Aged Care Facility, in Jordan Springs Boulevarde, Jordan Springs worth $32 million. The project includes 144 rooms and associated facilities across 5 storeys.
Altis Property Partners has submitted a development application to Council to construct a warehouse and distribution facility at Orchard Hills. Situated in the highly sought First Estate in Erskine Park industrial precinct, the proposed $28.8 million development would include 37,800m2 warehouse space with ancillary offices.
Also on the drawing board is an $8 million Affordable Residential Flat Building in Lethbridge Street St Marys. Plans for the 5 storey building include 26 apartments and basement parking for 12 cars.
