The free Wi-Fi service – known as Connect AirX – is part of the National Wi-Fi initiative. The introduction of free Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the City was a recommendation which Council adopted from our 2012-2024 Digital Economy Strategy report, to help make our centres more digitally connected.
