Fishing and Planting for a Healthy River

Join us for a fishing activity and planting by the Nepean River.

We’re partnering with OzFish for a great morning by the Nepean River, learning how to cast and knot tie, and planting native species to help improve fish habitat. Learning sustainable fishing techniques is a great way to conserve the biodiversity of the river.

We’ll also be hearing from an OzFish expert and our Bushcare team will be handing out giveaways.

After we’ve finished fishing and planting, we’ll be enjoying a BBQ lunch.

All refreshments and activity equipment provided. The event is free, but bookings are essential.

This Project has been assisted by Department of Primary Industries and Regional Developments’.
